Store Policies 

At Creations By Rayelin, we’re dedicated to giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. Take a look at our store policies detailed below to learn more, and reach out today with any questions.

Shipping policy: 

-There will be absolutely NO address changes once an order has been placed. This is for our protection as well as yours. Please ensure you have entered the correct shipping address. 

-If you have entered the wrong address, and your order has NOT been shipped yet: your order will be cancelled and refunded and you will have to order again with the correct address.

-If your order has been shipped with the wrong address: You will be responsible for contacting USPS to change the address. You can also attempt to make a package intercept on the usps website. you will be responsible for the fees charged. 

-If USPS is unable to change the address, and they ship it back to me, I will refund and cancel the order at the time the package is delivered, and you will have to place a new order. I will not provide any type of refund until returned package is received. refund will only include product price, I will not refund shipping.

-Lost USPS packages will be resolved on a case by case basis. Please email us for help If you have not received your order and it's been over 2 weeks. We are NOT obligated to refund or replace any orders due to USPS losing an order. You will have to file a claim with USPS if something is lost.

If a package is marked as delivered and you did not receive it:

1. wait a few days, Sometimes they mark packages delivered when they are very busy and they show up in a few days. 

2. email USPS if it's been 3-4 days with no delivery

3. If usps contacts you to let you know it's lost, ask them to send you an email with that information.

4. Once you have an email from usps stating it's lost, forward that to support@creationsbyrayelin.com and we will attempt to resolve.
